I loved The Confidence Code! It was an easy read, and it gave me perspective on why I act and/or think the way I do. There is science backing that we are predisposed to be more confident than other, and vice versa, but there is also a belief that you can forge your own path.
I believe every female should read this book, even if you think you are confident you can benefit from it!
Fail Fast: Find small risks or small tasks that make you uncomfortable and do them! Start small though! For example, if you not social --
introduce yourself to a new instructor at the gym! Little risks can create confidence
Dare the Difference: Make a virtue out of your differences, instead of trying to hide it.
Grow mindset: The belief that skills can be learned leads to doing more things.
Think less. Take Action. Be Authentic.
