I decided to share my thoughts on a fitness app that I have been using for a few months -- Body Love App by Anna Victoria.
I found out about the app because I follow Anna Victoria on Instagram -- I would consider her a fitness and health blogger, but not like a bodybuilder :) Since the app offered a free trial, I decided to give it a shot.
Of course, the App Store has you pick the subscription you would be interested in after the trial because it automatically renews if you don't click cancel before the end of the trial.

I decided to continue using the app after the two weeks because it really makes you break a sweat! Even at the beginner/intermediate level. I keep switching the levels because my legs are weak but my arms are strong.
You have access to a meal plan, motivational/informational videos, and a number of workouts that are planned for each day.
Monday: Leg + Glute
Tuesday: Cardio + Abs
Wednesday: Arms + Back
Thursday: Cardio + Abs
Friday: Full Body
Saturday: Cardio + Abs
You can access the workouts whenever, so if you want to do legs+glutes on Weds instead of Monday, you can! If you want to repeat a workout, you can! The goal is to complete the workout within 30 minutes. Once you can do it easily, then you bump up to the next level.
