During this vlog, I decide to share one of my all time favorite recipes. You are all probably thinking, really, all time? You are nuts! But I swear. I think it is the salty, garlic, and a splash of sweet balsamic that satifies all my taste buds!
Need: 1 skinless boneless chick breast 1/2 cup of fresh green beans Himalayan salt for taste Sprinkle of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of balsamic 1 tablespoon of olive oil Bake your chicken breast (with salt and pepper) whole for 25 minutes at 400 F. Once done, let stand for 5 minutes, then cut in 1 inch cubes. Weigh out 3 oz of chicken (about 8-10 cubes), set aside. In a fry pan, heat up the olive oil. Once it is heated, then throw in the green beans. With the greens beans, add salt and garlic. When the green beans start turning a little brown, then pour your balsamic vinegar and add your 3 oz cooked chicken. In about a minute or so you will see your chicken turn a little golden from the balsamic, and it is done! This recipe serves one person so double if you have others! I hope you enjoy this as much as I do! This recipe is a life saver... I ate it like every day prepping for my wedding! :) See ya next Tuesday!
