Fitness Motivation: 2 Week Schedule

​Working out regularly can be tough, and I am here to help out! 

My goal is to workout 4-5x/week!  But here are some hurdles that will get in my way:
-Work 7A-4P
-Travel
-After work activities (aka drinking)
-Cold as allllll!

Now that I know my future excuses, I am going to whatever I can to prevent using them! My trick? Schedule my workouts a week or two in advance, that way I schedule around them and not during them.

Also, if I want to work out 4x, but I don't have enough days to do so, then I will schedule a two-a-day.

Wk 1 Schedule: 
Weds - Cycling
Thurs - Heated Circuit Training
Fri - Heated Circuit Training, and then a Cycling class right after

Wk 2 Schedule: 
Mon - Cycle at lunch, then Heated Circuit Training after work
Tues - Heated Circuit Training
Thurs - Circuit Training: Rowing, Treadmill, and Weights

For motivation, I follow fitness gurus on Instagram! It's not about the body they have for me, it is how often they work out and how they change it up.  Their drive, and passion to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, helps me stay inspired!

Also, I have decided to jump on the Daily 50 Pushup Challenge started by Candace Bure and Kira Stokes! Join me!
