This book is great for those of us that are interested in the concept of fasting -- Why fast? What benefits do you get from it? How does it work? When do should you fast? Not only does this book answer all these questions, but it provides a history lesson on fasting, use cases and a 100+ pg PDF filled with recipes, schedules, charts, figures, and quotes.
